Create a directory under /www

Clone the 2 git repos into this directory.

  git clone https://github.com/5etools-mirror-3/5etools-img.git /srv/data/www/5etools/img

To update

  cd /srv/data/www/5etools
  git pull
  cd/srv/data/www/5etools/img
  git pull

Make sure you recheck the file ownership.
